2. Do I still pay a management fee if the property is vacant?

No, we believe in getting paid only when you do.

3. I already have a tenant; can you still take over the property for management?

Yes, we will have new leases signed by them.

4. When do I get my rent paid each month?

We send rent payments by the 10th day of each month.

5. Do I have to personally sign any leases?

No, we act as your representative, sign leases on your behalf and that also leads to you maintaining your privacy.

6. What happens if the tenant doesn’t pay the rent?

We initiate eviction process on your behalf.

7. Can I, or my preferred contractor carry out the repairs?

Yes, we will need information about the time of visit so we can give the appropriate notice to the tenants.
