1. Where can I apply to rent a property with you?

2. Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, as long as your rent has been paid on time each month.
3. How can I pay my rent?
You can pay via pre-authorized debit, through our online portal or via e-transfer to info@rentcentralpm.ca. We have auto deposit but we ask that you mention your full address in the message section so we are able to apply it to the correct unit and avoid any penalties.
4. What is your pet policy?
Most units accept one small pet (under 30 pounds). Please verify before applying.
5. Where do I send my notice to vacate the property?
All notices can be sent to info@rentcentralpm.ca
6. I need to break my lease, what do I need to do/ expect?
Please contact us immediately once you are certain of breaking your lease. Although penalty may apply if you are on a term lease/ give lesser notice than agreed but in some cases, we may be able to rent the unit before you have vacated to reduce your penalty. Subject to many considerations such as condition of the unit at the time of vacating, any arrears, late fee etc.
7. Is tenant insurance mandatory?
Yes, it is also to imperative to keep the tenant insurance throughout the tenure of your tenancy, failing which is breach of the lease agreement and will lead to the begin of the eviction process.
